That’s what i’ve been arguing.
Check ur ‘base points’ too, the number from their side is way off from my calculation.

My base points (excluding conversion bonus) is 430,095 (i’m gold member), but the number from their side is 421,078.

Apparently they never calculated those bonus points (from tier earning). If you are gold member (with x2 multiplier), basically if your base fare is 100. You’ll get 200 enrich points (but they will just calculate 100) as your base points. People would have assume bonus points from bank conversion only being excluded - due to this, i might have missed the 60k bonus points (easily return trip to london)

In december i requested the base points figure so many times, but they are no responsive. Now they somehow have the system ready to calculate it.

I would’ve hit platinum by november this year - the reason i’m holding on to gold member is because of the mid tier booster (more points as compared to platinum). If it’s a one in a lifetime reward, then i would just upgrade myself to platinum. I would gladly ommit my enrich member linked to some of my booking in november & december to stay in gold status as now i’m travelling 2 times a month to East Malaysia - easily 8 enrich points per month excluding holiday.
