what credit card should i apply for getting the most enrich miles from purchase?

Not sure whether u qualified for those high end visa infinite.if qualified,i guess u may have some idea which card to apply.
For entry level card ,I just found out that alliance younique rewards card is a good card to accumulate miles.it gives one mile for every three ringgit spent,which is as good as those high end card.

4770/5=954 TP

= 954/1000 = RM 0.954

Alliance TBP (no expiry)
1000 Air Miles = 6000
every RM1 spent = 2 TBP
6000/2=3000 TBP

I think younique rewards card can compete with all those high end visa card which has no minimum spending and annual fees.but still far behind maybank 2 premier amex.just like what u said amex is not widely accepted.

[ for VI ] every RM1 spent = 2 TP
4770/2=2385 TP
RM spent / 1 AirMile
= 2385/1000 = RM 2.385

So assuming that the 3-year expiry and Maybank's earning structure doesn't apply to you, Maybank's VI still earns more air miles per RM compared to Alliance TBP.

But maybank earning structure does not include utilities bill,insurance,petrol and education which earn you only 1x.alliance bank will earns you point on everything except petrol and government.

You're repeating exactly what I stated very clearly in my response earlier in case you didn't read, "if Maybank's earning structure doesn't apply to you". It certainly doesn't to me for the majority of my purchases.
