Taking Emirates flight now allows you to obtain loyalty points either in Skyward Miles or Enrich Miles. Which one do you guys normally choose or is there a better loyalty program?

Which one do you guys normally choose or is there a better loyalty program? generally you will get the most miles with the operator's programme....so in this case if you take an ek flight use skywards....if travelling mh, then collect in enrich....eg, if you travel in l,v,s class, you get 85% miles in enrich but only 50% in skywards.... |

Hmm, I only take 2-3 flights each year and tend to take the cheapest flight available for my date regardless of airlines. if travelling mh, then collect in enrich....eg, if you travel in l,v,s class, you get 85% miles in enrich but only 50% in skywards.... My best option would be to focus the points in one airline? |

cheapest class usually earns only 25% of travelled miles, so ya choose the one that you intend to redeem. unless your intended route are served directly by MH else go for skywards.

Talking about class of travel, mh does not state the class of booking on the eticket they send you...is there anyway of finding it out, without having to call thrm directly?

QUOTE(minthiam @ Sep 30 2016, 07:33 PM) booked on line....i don't have the luxury of people doing it for me....in any case, even for official travels, i rather book myself and collect points on my cc...just claim later...those normally booked through the MH website do not give the exact class code.... but those booked with enrich redemption do show the actual class.... i noticed before, if i call them and make some changes, the updated eticket will show the class code.... the code will tell us the exact percentage of miles...and allow us to check with allied ff programmes what percentage they will give....sometimes that can help decide which programme to credit the miles to.... |

QUOTE(limeuu @ Oct 1 2016, 01:43 PM) Was it booked on their website? If yes they should have sent you a copy of the itinerary with the flight details etc. Scroll down a bit to fare rules they'll be a bracketed code next to your route KUL-MEL (ZGDHDH). First letter is your fare class. |
