I call apple for iPhone support, for apple that your iPhone brought from telco, is telco should fully responsible. But u can call back apple and complaint again if telco dun wan bother you.
I feel we as customer can not let them go easily. They should not just selling product and not provide proper customer care.

I bought 1 set today and with scratches. Its a black unit 32gb at capsquare. I on the spot demand for exchange but they refused! A so called manager there said apple would not responsible for these minor scratches or scuffgate etc. I wonder why some other ppl can do one to one exchange but not me? He sommore told me there were 8 ppl before me also complaining the same problem but all of them just taken photo of the defect part and wait for their call. If apple justify the complain they only so exchange..

Although my set is perfect with no dents and scuffs, but i realize the scrren is slightly abit yellowish compared to my iphone 4...

anyone experience this? jz abit yellowish only

Maybe some of the customer got friend in maxis ??? So they can change the iPhone. ?

Yellowish will go away after time... probably

I bought 5 iPhone4 and the most white is the first one... well if you dont compare, you wont notice

Yellowish is normal for new phones , use some time the color temperature will change

I dont think it'll go away.. it is made tht way.. they say the yellowish screen is apparently the better one.. but been using my ip4 for 2y plus and so used to the bluish clear screen.. more soothing on the eyes.. personal preference I guess..

I realized the screen more yellow than my 3GS. But then I realized my 3GS has very washed out colours and my 5 has very nice rich vivid colours. Maybe because my 3GS is not Retina.
