i replaced 1 to 1 my iPhone black from DiGi, tiresome but worth it, i have a perfect iPhone !
p/s the person beside me opened 4 iPhone still not satisfy, his unit is white one... imo he is too perfectionist la |

well I never rush to buy things...
surely a bit slow.. but always end up with no defect product... but that is luck.. and I check real through when at unbrick counter to see got defect or not... am lucky cause get a good non scuff and non defected phone.. worth the time to get it |

Ok, apart from the angers vented towards telco etc, I think it may be a great favor to everyone if TS can update the first post. Put there guide on what to check for the phone before leaving the counter.
Well, there are still many who wait for the device availability at their place, so this may help lots of others. I gonna appreciate if there's such a guide here, thanks. |

bought 2 unit. 1 unit got a small black spot and they dont allow me to change says it's not under warranty ! and that is white unit

Aiyor mine is still in the box no time to open it due to work...hoping it will be almost flawless.. Seems like maxis has this issue a bit of digi but celcom no one saying anything?
Other than that when those who called apple customer care, ya lar easy for them to say Maxis fault n should replace bla3 but if it was they who sold the set I'm sure the same scenario will repeat itself. |

Bought 1 black 64 and 1 white 64 celcom. Black for me in great condition, white for my wife got grey spot then rub rub the spot gone
