I bought 1 set today and with scratches. Its a black unit 32gb at capsquare. I on the spot demand for exchange but they refused! A so called manager there said apple would not responsible for these minor scratches or scuffgate etc. I wonder why some other ppl can do one to one exchange but not me? He sommore told me there were 8 ppl before me also complaining the same problem but all of them just taken photo of the defect part and wait for their call. If apple justify the complain they only so exchange..I feel we as customer can not let them go easily. They should not just selling product and not provide proper customer care.
