Just download the any google stock image , eg nakasi-jro03d-factory-e102ba72.tgz
Extract it down all the way till you get say folder "image-nakasi-jro03d" and than you will see boot.img
Copy this boot.img in same folder where your fastboot commands are

Connect phone to PC in bootloader mode
At terminal command , flash it using fastboot commands

fastboot flash boot boot.img

Restart phone and you get back stock kernel - fast and easy
There is no zip file for such to flash in recovery mode. You can stop looking for it
Above steps is freaking easy - just a simple one line command

I don't know about n7 based on my previous experience, you need to read carefully because different ROM work better with certain kernel. I think the XDA website will have 2-3 types of kernel, unless there is only 1 kernel and all the ROM are made based on that kernel.

Do a nandroid backup just in case tablet failed reboot
So far I see only you interested in stock kernel. So do us all a favor n test it
And read the thread last page there is another zip meant for 4.2.1 while page 1 is for 4.2. Use the right zip
