Got my newly nexus 7 today~
Just wondering if there is a need to charge it for 8 hours like how we do in the past years for the battery?

Although I don't own a Nexus 7 (yet), but I believe it's pretty standard to allow your new device to have a full charge of 8 hours before using it.

Guys, there's no safely remove usb drive when Nexus 7 is plugged onto our PC. So u guys juz cabut the cable? XD
Or is there a specific and correct way of doing it? I scare anything happen to my Nexus 7's micro usb port or my laptop's usb port. @@

just cabut it is the correct way.nothing will happen to your n7 or usb port.
just make sure when u cabut it,all transfered already finish.if not, file maybe corrupted

Just charge till full or any level
Charge anytime n as often as you like
Those advise only for ancient nicad batteries

Apparently for the time being only online for about USD40..selling like hotcakes abroad. sad.gif Only does charging, sync & audio jack...no HDMI output. doh.gif

HDMI for connection to tv/monitors that support HDMI..USD40 is excluding shipping, yeah rm1xx
