I think rooted GN7 possible to receive sms but not sending. However, one user here with Umobile mentioned he can send and receive sms.

I didn't root my gn7. I'm using the normal prepaid sim and not broadband Sim.

Beg to differ, Proton isn't cheap considering its hardware, the fact it's locally made and there's no investment made for real R&D.

if they have added a "full backup" feature into android in the first place (like apple did), then we wouldn't have to root for the sake of getting it

COMPLAINSSSSSSSS~ RAGEEEEEEEEEEEEEE~

Correct me if I'm wrong, but iOS can't save app data right? Game saves, configurations, etc.

see the bold-ed part. It looks like it DOES back up app data, and suffice to say that it is better than stock droid?

Well I tried but only certain app's data is backed up, and it's not always complete. Plus only some is backed up locally, others requires cloud. Further search led to me some guide to manually access restrictive folders in iOS and copying out their data. Or through SSH

Anyone with actual experience please share if there's any one touch complete backup app+data like the one we have on Android's TB
