More than enough. The Superflower Leadex Gold is a very good unit. icon_idea.gif

The review is for the 750W variant, but it should apply for the 650W unit. icon_idea.gif

Is nearly the same on performance but the price it quite on the high side for the modular.. better go non modular but make sure your cable routed properly.

Performance wise should be the same, but modular ones give you more flexibility, like cable mod, cable management...

Was looking around online store for fun, noticed a new PSU brand in market from 1st Player. What make it noticeable are it's semi-modular with price under RM200. Who know the manufacture of this PSU? http://en.1stplayer.com/index.php?option=c...mid=169&lang=en

Pretty much cap ayam unit - I'll avoid this at all costs. icon_idea.gif

Grab a proper unit from Seasonic/reputable brands and it will not take out your precious hardware. icon_idea.gif

It's cheap - but as the old saying goes: every cent counts. icon_idea.gif

Quality PSUs come at a price but it is well worth the money. Buy a good one and it can last you for a long time. icon_idea.gif

Every brand also can take down your hardware, it's just about chances.

Reputable brands
- use High grade (or at least better) components
- safety features

With 2 above, the chances of any damage done should shit happen is far reduced.

If anyone can spend RM 3k - 4k for a system, one shouldn't aim for the cheapest PSU. It just doesn't make sense.

Sure, cheap PSU sells very well actually but that's because they sell along with lower-spec system, those systems usually work fine with whatever low-end PSU but when you have higher-end (read : COST MORE) specs, why risk on low end PSU?

Even if one is to go low end, go with reputable brands like FSP, Seasonic, Silverstone, Corsair.
