Date of transaction: Oct 23 2012 ( payment pending because diff bank ) ..payment accepted at Oct 24 2012

Details of the complaint : i have paid him for more than 1 month already. But has not received the service till today . He wrote in his thread that : Estimated delivery times :- 7-14 working days for sim and 1 or 2 weeks for phone . he keep giving excuses like im monitoring your case la, make your case first priority la, maxis now hard to approve new application, etc.

Despite all those excuses, i still has trust in him. that is why i give a LOT of time for him to settle my case. Last week however i call maxis ( number is given by tashfinsheikh himself) to confirm my application for the service ( standard procedure according to him ). When i call maxis, they said the promotion has closed and cannot process my application.
I proceed to ask maxis whether they have take the payment. They said they payment is still with dealer ( tashfinsheikh ).

i pm him regarding what maxis said and ask for refund. But he never replied me after that.

TL:dr : tashfinsheikh , i have give a lot of time for you to solve my case, but still the problem is not solve. Now i kindly request for you to refund my money.. That is all i ask..tq

Perhaps in addition to the Police Report, you should also report to the fraud division of Maxis. They will definitely get him to respond to you.

There was another posting about someone who got scammed. TLDR version is Scammer can pay Maxis bills at 50% discount. Scammer uses Paypall to pay Maxis the full amount. Victim pays scammer the 50% bill plus small fee but after a few mths, the payments are reversed and victim has to repay Maxis the full amount. And Scammer disappears. Victim said he reported to Maxis Fraud Division.

You should ask Maxis to take action if you paid their 'Agent' and until to date, Maxis has not received your money. But you must complaint to the right dept.

Damn, so many of us. Since the promotion service for this is close is only rightful for shiekh to refund us after waiting for so long. Hope he come out and refund. I banked rm400 to him n on Oct 15. Is funny why he gave us the so call maxis no then he himself cabut? Knowing or not that our application is not even submitted and promotion is ended.

I pay on october too , no point to believe that guy , asking refund no point let him play delay game.

Which maxis department should go to complain ?What e mail address let SME (maxis coop) know this thing happen ?

do you think that Jetso Marketing is the Maxis dealer that Sheikh used to liaise with for his business? many of his customers receive 'verification call' from that company ..TS, i think it is worth to make calls to that company, or even go to the office for better results

After I ask for refund he MIA.
Cos I bank in to him RM400.00 on 11/11/2012. But after I call the number he gave me.
They said he hand on the application on 27/11/2012.
Juz hope him appear to refund money to ASAP.

guys, he is an ok dealer. just have punctuality problem. i sold at least 6-7 sims all that he supplied. he is not a scammer but have big problems with getting it on time only.

well, i in the first place never say he is a scammer..
even in the topic name i only put Complain againts him..
but if he keep with this attitude ( which is ignore everyone )..sure people will think him as scammer..
i hope with police report..he will pay more attention to us..and get his priority str8

yea, but some ppl think he scams maa. i got alot of sims from him, just the delay is long sometimes.

if u have read the dispute thread (against him) that I have created before this thread, u see what he wrote there..now he repeated the same thing again..last time he even blamed me for creating the dispute thread against him, now another dispute thread created against him..as if I am the only person to be blamed, now so many his customers facing prob from him..looking from overall perspective, he's the problem maker..

i wont say he is a good business man but he is really creating problems for himself by delaying so much. my customer is waiting too but if anyone says he is a scammer then i will disagree.

This kind of message is what deceit others. When someone come out anf give warning, this kind of message pops up. If u kena yourself, I am sure u have different thoughts. Ppl are waiting 2 months, 3months. I don't call that late. I call that irresponsible. If no pick up phone and no reply, I call that scam. Victims should report to police next.

I took the RM400 package on 24/10...quite lucky though after a month I got the simcard...but my corby 2 is yet to show itself...
yesterday I called the so-called Maxis (Jetso actually) to check on the status of my corby 2...the lady there said based on their record, the set already dispatched to him...I dunno why he don't want to just courier it to me and close my deal...he promised me to refund RM150 for the corby 2 if I don't want to wait anymore...it has been a month since my simcard got activated, so I agreed to take the refund, that was on 01/12 before I made the call to 'Maxis'. but till today, nothing...the Jetso lady that I called gave me this guy number...019-5031131...texted him but got feedback (from Maxis) that the handset is either out battery or switched off...got same thing just now after texting that number...I think we may not hear from him again but for everybody's sake, hope we will

we are in same boat .... i put the sim card on phone check the bill, it seem he dint pay the bill since oct .... if according my calculation our rental plan may bar at this month 17th...

pay to maxis directly is nt a problem, lets see for the worst, you paid and the line got suspended, meaning that you just wasted the money for paying the bill. and its rental only, any request or help from Maxis is not applicable as the sim is not under your name

now my turn. my sim get active on Nov 23, so as what he said "your phone will receive anytime within 2 weeks" so now just passed 2 weeks, he own me Nokia Asha 305.

from what i know, the so call "maxis" that use 012 phone number to call us for verification, they said that he register the sim card under his company name "uxxxxx sxx" and i still keep the pos express that behind have his address and phone number. just hope can help up. and for the phone like no hope to get..

i'm not shooting you bro..why should you pay up the simcard which is not under your name..just let your line get barred..no use to cover up the problem by u paying up to Maxis directly and continue using the line as it is his responsibility to settle the monthly outstanding charges and you paying up him regularly, which is the mutual agreement between both parties..as long the line get barred, directly create a dispute thread against him..

Im Chuah frens. Had PMed him just now. My sim rental has been barred for 2 month+ but he keep saying "gv me 1 or 2 days more, dun worry". Im very frustrated to seeing this kind of excuses already. Last week 1st of December he told me will pos me a letter to let me go replace the sim rental for myself. But until now there is nothing i can get from him. Really frustrated with him already Everyday he will have fresh excuses and then MIA for long time. He keep me waiting and waiting from day to day, month to month and lastly year to year? he is really a irresponsible dealer.
