i'm tired to wait my sim..i dont even received call from maxis.i paid at 29 of oct,until last week, ts just tel me i;m in the blacklist of maxis..i cleared my blacklist on the next day...after i wait another one week until now..no call..ts tell me under process...what are maxis doing?last last week i just know that my fren also got help people register this plan..my brother then ask he help register..one week only then my brother received sim card already...zzz= =

When the time ts told me that i'm in the blacklist, i ask him just refund me because i'm sick for waiting.He tell me it is hard to get full refund from maxis..Why cnt i get my money back if i cnt use the services?right?if ts refund me at the time mayb now i already get my sim from my frens..zz if now really the promotion end already then whos fault?Just be honest and tell us what happen and what actually causing the delay..Is that hard?

hiding is not the way of solution.Refund is must.If dont refund the suppose give us the right services.Promotion end?Nevermind, give us back the money INSTANLY. Isn't hard to refund if the money still exist.Is TS still keep hiding or respondless with this case, i think he will be no longer continue his business in LYN.

ya, just want to check that my app is under process or not..because last last week just cleared my blacklist when ts told me i'm in the blacklist.i dont want to wait month and month again.my fren say normal 1 week maxis will aprrove already.

ok bro, i called jetso, they claim that because of TS 'problem' maxis have rejected his applications shocking.gif .I donno how to say in english,jetso say that ts "说一套,做一套,跟我们(Nuser)说的,和maxis 说的完全不一样"hopefully got people who pro in english help translate because my english standard very low.so how ts?

my advise :

1. confirm the company address
2. confirm the person in charge of the company
3.report police for that tash and Jetso
4. make it big, make a gathering for all victim gather at their shop and ask the admin / boss / pic come out explain with black and white
5.if can call reporter and complaint to maxis center about this dealer also.
Jetso currently don want take action as they wash hand...but once they been drag inside and affected their hardly built up image .... i believe they will panic also. they also don want maxis tarik balik their 1 of the fastest grow "SME wat ever they call" maxis dealer....
