Went to test yesterday, R1900 is definately good for music lover. Good clarity and warm sound. But not suitable for bass boom boom listner. Saw vacum tube types of speaker, seem very impresssive. I guess need to on it a while let it hot hot until the tube grow like bulb, then can test.

Yo.... need help..... daijoubu..... watashi got problem here...
 my that day.... my problem is not rear speaker got problem.... actually my center got problem..i plug the wrong jack.... than i connect to the proper jack.... that is.. rear jack is in black colour and the center and sub in black colour jack(digital Out)...... when i fully plug in.. the sub got more louder but.. my center got no sound... if i plug half way in... the center got sound got sub no sound liao..... is it my sound card got problem?????or is it my setting..... didn't install any software but only the driver... and only set 5.1 speaker in the sound properties....i didn't update the driver also... just plug in fully, and then use the creative speaker test. hear whether all your channels correct or not. for music, no center sound, and most games dont use center channel too. only DVDs which use center channel for dialogue. to test whether working, use the surround speaker test, where u'll hear the woman voice 'front left, center, front right, rear left, rear right'. if u can hear all 5, then its working fine |

yo.. when i try to plug my speaker to my DVD player..... is only got left and right and woofer sound..... i set the audio to DTS 5.1 liao... still same... rear left and right adn center got no sound..even i'm in the speaker setup page ..i can't choose the sub, center SR and SL page...... can any1 help??? BTW.. i'm using those cheap brand DVD player...

double check the connections, and double check the settings in the player trace the connections one by one. since there is alot of wire, mix up can be posible. if u want to bring the DVD player and the speakers to LYP to test, no prob. i'll always be there to help |

generally, burn in is just to leave the speaker on playing music. after 1 month, the drivers will be loosened up because when its new, its stiff and not as loose as after burning in. to make the burn in process faster, use the program yingfan posted up lor. the R401 bass is tight, not as loose as X600. |

after u start the software, just go to the "run-in" tab and click "start run in" to start the process using this software for around 2 hours will giv u significant results oredi the best thing about this software is the two signals dat it generates are reverse phased. meaning dat, if u put ur left satellite facing ur right satellite closely, the pink noise from both side will canceled each other out |

Just wanna know the current cheapest price for a S5.1m preferably wit stands for the satellites.. So can u guys help? Also, is it ps2 friendly? Coming to the showroom on wednesday, so feedback before that would be nice.. Wanna spend my raya money wisely..  Oh yeah, is there anything newer than this model coming out? Thanks n Cheerios! |

So what about those games that support Dolby Pro Logic II? Can I get any benefit with 5.1 speakers when I turn this on? Where can I get my hands on a digital decoder then?

yeah..jus go thr n experience it by ur own ears. i brought my fren along to test the s5.1. we were amazed by its performance. my fren was so regret to test out the s5.1 becoz earlier on he intended to buy 2.1 from other brand, which is totally uncomparable to tis s5.1. he ended up blamin me to bring him along coz he must increase his budget!! hehe.. as for me, i wil definitely get it soon. i was told tat thr wil be a hundred plus cheaper during pc fair. so guys...check it out in july!

I never see the S4.1, but I saw R501MKII got a huge subwoofer. So, how is the defferent if we compare the bass from these 2 system? I mean in term of the deep in bass and the booming. Please advise.
I used to work in KL, but now oredi move to penang. And, I seldom go back to KL oso...so not able to go to the showroom yet. |

I can say R501MKII bass sounded more deep and booming, coz 8inches subwoofer.
But S4.1 subwoofer is 60W compare to R501MKII subwoofer 30W??. So, S4.1 bass sounded more hard n solid. By the way, S4.1 satelites sound much much more better than R501MKII satelites. So for movie n gaming R501MKII is a good performer. S4.1 is more balance toward MUSIC, movie n gaming. Both speakers will not disappoint u. Lastly, S4.1 is a highend product of Edifier, while R501MKII is a midrange product. R501MKII come with a remote control, while S4.1 come with a wired remote. |

I have to disagree with the Reviewer's comments about the MP300. I love the sound of mine! I think the sound is really good considering the size and price IMHO.

I recently bought a M3500 and I have a question. Everytime I turn on the power, the blue led blinks but the speakers are off. I have to turn the volume knob to turn on the speakers. The speakers then turn on but is too loud. Is there any way to set the default "on" volume to a lower setting?

This is normal as because there is a chip built to remember the last config (your volume la ofcause) and also the bass level,So when ever you off the speaker or standby mode, it will automatically memorize your config at the very last use, therefor lower down your setting before you turn to sleep mode |

E 3300
bass - excellent (down firing) treble - just nice with the satellite support basically for 2.1 system.it is cool for me. state of the art design plus reasonable price. wired controller for sound is good but the bass volume control shoud be place at the wired controller.better. actually wanted to buy e 1100 but e 3300 came out ad...so i just bought e 3300..not many diff in price. thats all tq. njoy sounds. [[Edifier]] the audio artist.definitely.huhu |

go try out M3300 for yourself..female vocals are damn nice but still lacking of treble control, sometimes can get abit tad more to the brightside
the bass will be more solid compared to M2300, e3300 though the subs watts are more doesnt mean better though |

i choose for M3300. some says that M3400 bass is slightly better but clarity M3300 still better...
not sure. but here, M3300 is slightly more expensive than M3400. you know, if in the same place, more expensive always means something... generally edifier won;t put different price if the quality is the same... |

The diff is the sat, M3300SF's sat look more sexy than M3300.
shouldn't be any problem for small table, if u put the woofer on the floor. |

Hmmm, The S550 bass is a bit too boomy(for me). I prefer punchy bass (personal taste)... Anyway, Mids are ok and need a bit of EQ adjustment for treble. Overall it makes the best 5.1 setup currently (for pc I mean) nothing beats it now. But if you prefer punchy bass and more treble, go for Logi's z5500(*note less Mids). If U r a music head, go for S730. You won't regret. Anyway, U can audit those at Viewnet Hypermarket. They demo them there. Buy according to your own taste, opinion might not suits U ^^ anyway, happy speaker-ing!!!

Hi Edifier, I had M3200 and unfortunately, it is spoilt ( suspecting remote control is broken)
. Do you guys sell this spare part?And if I brought the unit to be checked, it is a minimum fee of RM50 be charged? Edifier B3 Sound Bar sound quality is very good, a huge improvement over the standard TV speakers. Considering there is no external sub this has a good, deep, bass which is great for both music and movies and doesn’t overwhelm the vocals. The B3 sound bar easily fills the room and adds a real punch to movies.

The award winning design is just a hoax or perfect marriage between aesthetic + functionality? Tweeter + Midrange + subwoofer in a "book shelve" isn't that uncommon. But how if it is strategically facing to gives you a mini sound stage with minimum gear plus a award-winning design? That is something out of this world. |

To be perfectly honest, i’ve tried so many mini speakers over the years, that I didn’t have high hopes for a set of mini bluetooth speakers, but was happy to learn they were made by Edifier and came in bright colours. Yes i’m shallow. Always a sucker for bright colours, when the super cute, bright yellow speaker turned up, I was ready to let it’s sound impress me.

Edifier makes great and unique looking speakers like the Edifier Spinnaker that I reviewed some time ago at Craving Tech. Design seems to be one of the most important factors to Edifier when making speakers that look and sound good.

The Edifier G2 headset is a surprisingly capable gaming headset for the money. While the build quality feels a little cheap compared to the expensive rivals, that is what you would expect. But the comfort levels, audio quality of both the cups and the microphone are very good, and perhaps can match the expensive models like the Logitech G430. Overall this is definitely a budget product you should consider if you are in the market. |

"The thing you really have to keep in mind here is the price, and we think the Nova delivers more than enough overall for less than £30. The build quality is fine, and the feature set is pretty strong with the inclusion of USB 3 and a PSU dust filter, for example. There are also no major issues when it comes to ease of use, though some rubber washers and zip ties would have been nice to see and they're hardly expensive. Obviously, some corners in all areas have had to be cut, if you're really looking to drive down costs the case isn't a bad place to start and the Nova isn't actually too bad looking either. It passed with flying colors in our tests: efficiency between 82.4% and 86.5%, voltages closer to their nominal voltages than required (3% voltage regulation instead of the standard 5%) and ultra-low noise and ripple levels. Overall, Edifier XM6PF has balanced and smooth sound signature. And it performs very well at this price point. Highs are clear and round. Definitely no harsh here but I do love to have treble volume control so that it can be brighter if you want to. For mids, it performs great here too.
