Hi Edifier, I had M3200 and unfortunately, it is spoilt ( suspecting remote control is broken) . Do you guys sell this spare part?

And if I brought the unit to be checked, it is a minimum fee of RM50 be charged? If like that, it is not very worthy lo because plus the additional spare part, macam can buy new set ady? Plz advice, TQ
