actually mine is matt black .
i tried using VTEC type of matt ... very kasar one , spray from very far , the result is , it is absolutely not lasting and get dirty easily .
so i took it out to make it more clean surface .

i prefer mine type of logo , i dowan those with so many colour one , black colour matching alluminum brushed logo will look the best .
noticed that mercedes and bmw their engine cover has least colour ? i don't think making the logo in its original colour will look nice . thats why i dowan make it that way .

i will help u all spray with a small sum ... when i am back lah .

any mitsu waja automatic gear users experience the following:

if u keep on driving slow like turtle
next when u try to accelerate, the car doesnt respond fast.... and the engine rpm climbs slowly....

if u drive aggresively, e.g. rev to 4k then shift gear
after come to a stop and when u try to accelerate lightly, the car is quite responsive.....even on light pedal...

i think i am not the only one experience this la....

due to INVECS gearbox system . it adapts your driving style .

it's quite common for modern auto-tranny to "learn" your driving style temporarily / permanently

but i never knew waja would even have this feature (even the tranny is from mitsu)

waja is eqquipted with INVECS system by mitsu .

I didnt even know that waja has it too..

check the driver manual la ...aih .

if i am not mistaken, waja gearbox is invecs II by mitsu....
hmm, but the responsiveness doesnt seemed to be coming from gearbox.....

if u drive "tamely".... and all of sudden u floor the pedal, the hesitation seemed from engine instead of the gearbox...

ya , the engine itelf senses the power change when u floor the pedal . what we mean is the feel , the gearbox will drag for alonger period if you hantam the pedal for the day , if you drive gentlely , the gear wont tarik that much .

hmm, not really about gear tarik higher rpm....

it just felt like the engine is more aggresive after hard driving....
after hard driving, although u soft pedal, the car is more willing to surge forward compared to soft driving all the time...

that is why sometimes you'll hear ppl recommend that once in a while rev your engine to high heavens.

My 2002 Waja(M) only done 69k km,Mitsubishi engine,alternator today kong-bearing worn off,bearing housing worn off .So,cannot be repaired.New alternator very expensive, RM700+.So,I settle for one from potong kereta shop that cost me Rm150,labour RM40.

All my previous cars alternator last at least 5 yrs,Proton one tak tahan lama?

i driven some1 auto waja mitsu engine .. dunu y i feel his car is more responsive and powerful then mine ..
