QUOTE(lucifah @ Nov 4 2006, 12:37 AM) That's the reason of getting one.. haha,cheap..Because from what i found,Spectra auto seems to priced abt the same as Waja Manual. Therefore asking for some info about these two cars. So if anyone could help, because I like to know more.. Which is better? and of course easier to maintain.. QUOTE(HKVOON @ Nov 4 2006, 01:20 AM) i think u better take waja lo.cos my fren driving spectra.petrol drink like water.some more maintainance sure expensive then local car.like last time i drice Atos.just change a brake pad..that guy charge me KAO KAO. Thanks for the feedbacks.. Well,at first I was thinking that Korean Cars might be better than local cars [no offend though] ,but I also do care a lot on maintenance,so hopefully if I do go for a 2003 Manual Waja, hopefully I'll last for another 6 years.. Possible? |

QUOTE(lucifah @ Nov 6 2006, 12:56 AM) i was going to do my 15k service - then i realized that the manual book did not recommend a 15k service Do you all usually do that?it goes like this 1,000 km 5,000 km 10,000 km 20,000 km 30,000 km and so on. no 5,000km interval, except for the 1st 5k. check out your proton manual so, since i am a law abiding citizen, i saved some money by not servicing my car at 15k. I usually service when theres something wrong. or when some part drops out.. |

QUOTE(silverbolt143 @ Nov 6 2006, 10:14 AM) For uncle Tainted, Firstly,I'm not an Uncle yet... I think even younger than you! Me driving a july 2003(M) waja here, already clocked 53K...FC recently quite good, full load of tank manage to reach 750-800km (normally 700km)...no modification or fuel saver thingy..city driving/highway about 50-50....TIPS, dont go hard on the pedal and maintain rpm below 3k... Thanks for the feedback. Your FC is pretty good. QUOTE(nairud @ Nov 6 2006, 10:27 AM) planning to test out one of WPC member's car if he allows. power output was focused on a range that i kinda like when he mentioned to me. 1k mod 1K mod.. That's quite ok..World Car Care? exp? how much compared to the other ones you've went? Jadi WPC member and you'll get discount Let us know when you've tested the car. |

If I were to buy a year 2003 Waja,is it ok if I get an Auto one which I hope to last at least for another 6 more years without much major repairs?
Or is it safer to get a Manual instead of Auto but if possible Auto is much preferable.Of course I would prefer Auto compared to Manual. Hopefully I do not need to change a new gearbox by then which had happened to my old Iswara when it was 9 yrs old. Btw,where is the most trustable place to purchase 2ndhand vehicles? Roughly it would be around RM33k for a 2ndhand Waja Auto if I'm not mistaken. |
