hi,

the all metal PW kit on sale from this web-link
http://cart.zhapalang.com.my/product_info....products_id=310

this is exactly the same item i'm using, only cheaper from the spare part shop

btw, this kit will reuse the top metal part of the original PW, so do not simply throw away the old pw kit. beside that, the old pw kit will have the motor still useable. keep the old motor for future use smile.gif

The Proton Waja is the first passenger car designed in-house by Malaysian automotive company, Proton. The very first Malaysian-designed car which based on Mitusbishi Carisma and Volvo S40. The sedan model was launched on August 2000 powered by a Mitsubishi 4G18 1.6 L engine, and starting from 2006 by Proton's own 1.6 L Campro engine. During the end of 2005, another variant of the Waja with a longer wheelbase and powered by a Mitsubishi 6A12 2.0 L V6 engine known as Proton Waja Chancellor was launched.

The name Waja, which means "tough (as steel)", reflects the strength of the steel used for the Waja compared with the previous models. The name was chosen partly to counter the perception in the domestic market that Proton cars were less strong. In the United Kingdom, the Waja is sold as Proton Impian.

actually proton waja is not designed in house .
it is considered in house becasue it is still original design , not borrow mitsu design .
it is designed and engineered by EDAG , automorive firm .

ok, this is abit tricky...
u know the button to reset the trip meter?
press it to show the total mileage...
then press and hold the button...until u can see the hour on the time blinking...
once it started to blink, press on the same button to change the value...once u are done with it, stop pressing and wait for while... next, the minute will blink... press the button to change the value.

once done, just leave it and the minute will stop blinking... then the time is set! thumbup.gif

Mitsu- power comes at low rpm, it is good for town use because Waja is heavy.
Campro- power comes at high rpm, good when u pecut on highway, personally i dun like campro... tried both modal(satria neo and gen 2 manual)... slugish performance i would say...

About spare part i not sure... coz mine never have major problem b4.... changed suspension and 1 door handle when under warrenty...
