Flash diffused with umbrella?

Yeap, umbrella. Would have used more flash and a softbox modifier instead if my friend was around

maybe don't have focus motor for 5200

and also commander mode..

I think the commander mode most of the time won't be used... only in rare occasions. I rarely use my commander also unless doing strobes that also I rarely strobe because i'm too lazy.

i would guess he would need 1 more flash from the left to light up that side of the car and the rims, and 1 more inside the car to light up the interior

So a quick review of the d600 video.. lags when zoomed in to focus in live view mode. Then cant really tell if its focused or not, better not zoomed in. LOVE the record button position... more tests need to be done..

Haha with just 2 flash, I can't exactly even do the standard 3 point lighting for the model let alone the car

PP vignette or lens vignette? can see some color fringing at the crane there but still a good lens la

if that is my car i will ask the model to keep her high heel off the car body, scare they scratch it

hi all,
need some advices from you all. something weird happen to my d600.
i not sure it is cause by the lighting or something wrong to the camera.

the camera randomly give this kind of pictures.


but sometime this happen...

the lens i use is 50mm f1.8d, i notice that during large aperture this happen even more frequent.
