Not sure what settings, but its usable... plus modern camera nowadays can bump ISO up anyways. Then again, the demo he did only had 1 little LED light source.
Kinda curious on using that hehe... Digging best price for a YN-160 II now to play first.

Studio just bought that yungnuo led light last week for video use. The thing is quite bright for a small size lol

reporting also now use dslr? i thought they still use the big video cams... i guess i was wrong haha
*
Depends on the production team i guess. A full HD cam cost like 10-15k for one atleast. That is why dslr are more popular option these days. My office uses 2x5dmk2 and D7000 to cover the WIF KL 2012. Then again we didnt do full coverage, if full coverage then those big camera with dv tapes are used and non HD of course tongue.gif

Now we're in the process of upgrading the production machines to imac's. Heard boss gonna get a few soon *crossfinger* laugh.gif

hi,

wanna ask sumthing..i have sb900..first try to on ..cannot..thought battery issue ..because using the cap tesco je pun..then try using new battery also still the same..still think new batery tesco tu dah habis power ke ape.. (because buy a lot tesco battery before this for stock).

then try to open the battery cover..that time flash still mode ON..nk psg balik dia mcm jalan la pulak..so try close slowly..kira mcm kene renggang skit..flash working..(means not battery issue right?) ..

so u guys got any idea why this happened? i seldom use this flash.. suspect connector die ke ape ke dah renggang ke ape ..because forgot to take out the battery.

warranty form still have but maybe already expired..
*
Probably battery connector somewhere is loose. Better bring it for service i guess.

As for the tesco battery, they are actually quite decent for the price. The blue and silver ones. My friends use that battery when they're out shooting compared to me who using eneloop

i personally dont like to use flash on concerts.

Me too but sometimes you'll need flash for fill in, especially if theres backlighting or shadows under the eyes smile.gif

there is an unwritten rule for concert taking which is similar to portrait taking.
cutting off the instruments head is like cutting off the models hands.
*
Doesnt have time to recompose since they move around the stage alot...unless you're shooting a static concert tongue.gif
