Went there and got my unit. Tower A, 7th floor facing inside. RM799k

SPA Price RM821k, with 3% rebate.

Some info to share:
- DIBS
- 3% rebate
- 1 car park only for all units, except the 1500sf (tandem car park)
- 7 units per floor, 3 units facing Genting, 4 units facing inside. See attachment.
- Mostly above 800k.
- From 24th floor (if i'm not mistaken) onwards till the highest floor 42th floor, no premium loaded for every floor. Means say 24th floor is RM836k, 42th also RM836k. You may think better take higher floor, but the selling point is the 50m swimming pool, that's why lower floor taken up faster than the upper.
- Facing Genting psf cheaper. Unit 2 ran out the fastest.
- Comes with air cond

swimming pool 5th floor.
condos from 6th floor onwards.
range of psf - not sure. very messy in the battlefield, not much time, just pick what i like and the cheaper one. haha. they only give 1 min to choose, and they really count!

I took quick snap on the price list, but's quite blur sad.gif will share later. Phone no batt now.

oops. still blur after the battle. there are 2 sections, 1 section u get to see the price chart, about 10 mins, after that proceed to the other section to choose unit, and that's 1 min only to decide.

Any of you can share the specification of Fennel? Any fittings/ air-conds provided?

yeap there is. That is after discount. Go early tomorrow to chiong. I think there's 6-8 units below 700k mark per block.
