Twins damansara charges 50 sen - puts off many investors imo (among other factors). For own stay is a different matter though.

Own stay also heavy burden for high maintenance. Long term commitment...

A question of mine, if the condo having 1000 unit, why they still need 50 cent maintenance fee? Is the facilities built by gold need to polish weekly?

Agree with you...but this is just as quickly forgotten by Malaysian buyers in their quest for $$$, these concerns will be brushed off in the buying euphoria this weekend...developers are very mindful of this..

If purchase price is RM700k, booking fee is RM30k, balance of 10% is RM70k less RM30k = RM40k. So your total outlay still RM70k.
