If Sentul is one of the stops within the City Circle Line MRT, there will most definitely be an upward re-rating of price psf, does anyone have any news on MRT phase 2?

I would cry too if for investment. To achieve 5% return on RM740k investment, you need RM3k rental/mth, and this is for a 2+1 bedroom apartment in Sentul. Achievable? Plus interest rates are on the rise which will erode returns further.

It's true, my friend took a stroll to the Capers site (low rise closest to LRT station) last week and saw a kandang lembu next to the temple with cows, goats and even a huge bull. Needless to say, the smell of cow-dung was awful and surrounding developments get to smell it when the winds blows. DBKL really needs to get rid of this cow fella as it will affect the livability of Sentul East.

Something is not right...you have state-of-the-art skyscrapers next to a kandang lembu...it's an old story that has still not been solved...

Agree with you...but this is just as quickly forgotten by Malaysian buyers in their quest for $$$, these concerns will be brushed off in the buying euphoria this weekend...developers are very mindful of this..
