A question of mine, if the condo having 1000 unit, why they still need 50 cent maintenance fee? Is the facilities built by gold need to polish weekly?

After Fennel, the next residential that everyone eyeing will be happen in sentul west. Anyhow, it relie on how ytl develop the sentul west. Ytl promised to retain the park as it is since establish ytl sentul master plan. Perhaps good thing will happen in sentul west in near future, whos know?
