Sometime ads do serve as brand awareness beside tactical ads. It lend value to the brand and your property and thats where brand equity comes. Also thats where you pay premium for such brand. Hahhahah

News : Tropicana Corp launches affordable homes

2015 May 15

PETALING JAYA: Those searching for their first home can look forward to a new segment of affordable houses in Subang Jaya.

New housing: Sales executive Henry Wong (left) showing two prospective buyers new residential units by Tropicana Corp during the launch at Menara Star.

Named Flexisuites, the 430sq ft units, built by Tropicana Corporation Bhd, are part of an integrated development at Tropicana Metropark. Flexisuites come at a starting price tag of RM350,000 each.

“While they are affordable, potential buyers can be rest assured that luxury and quality of living will not be compromised,“said senior sales manager Chong Lek Seng during an exhibition on the company’s latest exclusive launches held at Menara Star here yesterday.

Flexisuites are expected to be completed in 2018.

Apart from retail outlets, business spaces and a medical centre, the highlight of Tropicana Metropark will be its 9.2acre (3.72ha) recreational park – the main area for outdoor activities.

“At Tropicana Metropark, it is also about how residents interact with one another as well as with the great outdoors,“Chong said.

Named Central Park, it is fitted with windmills that harness energy to filter water.

Buyers looking for a premium residence may opt for The Residences, one of the group’s new launches located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.

Just a five-minute walking distance from the Petronas Twin Towers, it consists of 353 fully furnished serviced residences that will be sold at RM2,600 per sq ft.

It also boasts several first-class facilities and amenities, including a saltwater infinity pool, a forestthemed lounge and a first-of-itskind aqua gym.

The Residences will have a Variable Refrigerant Volume system to speed up the cooling of its units and was accredited by the Green Real Estate (GreenRE).

The exhibition will continue until May 16 and will end with a StarProperty.my forum, which covers an overview of the property market in the central region.
