Thou I think its expensive, but looking at opportunity, still got some area to harness. With plenty of manufacturer around the area, the foreign expatriate or managerial lvl foreigner might think it is an ideal place. High rise offices is limited in Shah Alam as well. I am sure short-term stay visitors need a place for stay right?
One thing that I don't really like is the new connecting highway. Why capture the people flocking from KL/Subang/PJ only? What about people from Klang?

Well, dpc a lot of landed residence. Bringing dog to park is expected. I'm sure paloma n Pandora residence is not allowed to keep pet. So it won't be much like dpc?
