KTM is like @#$%#@$%# to me... The company definite needs to increase the train frequency and upgrade their service.
I'm not rich, so I still need BRT or some other means. So far, Tropicana Corp is unable to bring public transports into their projects so well.
btw, is there LRT passing by? I thought it goes to Glenmarie instead.

I know some young ones who take the KTM n LRT frequently n say the KTM lately is good. Msians like to look down cos its ktm n not LRT/MRT kekeke.. Already gt new train with 6 cars plus high on time arrival, they cnt increase the frequency cos the KTM track is used fr long distance trips to ipoh, cargo etc which leads to my next point, btr hope none of the resi blocks are within 300m of the KTM track as they do a lot of maintenance/have NOISY cargo tracks running thru... u only see this when u live nearby (which very few stations hv gd props near the KTM namely SJ n MV).

LRT passing by glenmarie n primarily the Shah Alam city areas as tht area is undeserved.. if u really want the LRT then there will be a few apartments in Sec 13 beside the stadium station.. (emira fr example).. Of cos, thts just a mid-high end apartment vs luxury one here..

If u reli wan public transport+Metropark, taking the KTM to subang jaya n then LRT all the way to klsentral, klcc etc.. trust me the ktm will be btr than the federal brt..

Tropicana market this one as subang jaya but so far my friends company in subang hi tech (refer below) n also metropark google maps indicate shah alam..

According to SA, the 3rd phase will be launching soon in JUN 2015 tentatively, and will includes commercial launch.....

But so far there claimed Paloma almost sold out, will go for phase 3 in JUN 2015. No much details given by SA, and I assume we need to wait for a while for more details....

Probably left the biggest unit.

This project seems quiet now. Let's see what magic Tropicana can do to boost it up further:)

Think the other way.
If a project become quiet, it can mean most of the units were sold out.
In fact, I'll be worried if Tropicana still keeps on advertising Pandora/Paloma.
One good example is D'latour of DK Group. I have been seeing its road show since 3 years ago. Few weeks ago I still saw one in Penang.

Next it should be commercials/office blocks, then only the other phases of residential and lastly the mall.
As far as I know, it will take up almost 10 years to complete the whole plan.

yup,i got the same info too last 4 month there,the mall will be link directly with the flyover from federal highway right?..

they have been selling for the last 3 to 4 years but still onli Pandora n Paloma right?
wonder are they able to cope back the revenue they get faster than the amount of adverts, campaign n prmotion that they spend on

This project launched in April, 2013. Cannot be 3-4 years lah....
