As far as I know, anyone booking paloma unit this tuesday, will have additional 1.5% discount. Not sure about the Friday event.

QUOTE(pseudo @ Apr 26 2014, 01:06 PM) Anyone who bought Paloma & Pandora here? I just booked one studio unit, but is still worried that they are so over priced. *worried* buyers, any advise on why you bought even though its pricey? I also booked a studio unit in Paloma, loan approved, now waiting for SPA. I like the central park concept. More important thing is this is the only unit that I can afford for the time being. Freehold, somewhere quite relatively near to the city, near to 3 major highways. And there is a place where I can walk around even traffic jam outside.... in contrast to most other projects which are either more pricy or leasehold... |

Found myself lucky to get one... |

QUOTE(KK896 @ May 5 2014, 02:01 AM) To me, direct link from federal highway is not too attractive, as still need to pay the toll. Rather, the mini township idea attracts me, especially the central park.My opinion, more or less the additional 1.5% rebate promotion is one of it. I only pay RM5000 for the down payment, and the rest of the 10% is covered by various rebates. And the unconfirmed KTM station relocation in the future might be another one?? <-- Could this be possible? PS: So far I only found one road directly link to the subang town centre. If there were additional link, that would be great. |

Dear all Paloma purchasers who have signed the spa, have your lawyer contacted you yet?
I signed the spa about 2 weeks ago, and until now I received no news yet. By right after signing the spa, the lawyer will send the spa to the developer and the latter will return the agreement before proceed for the loan agreement to the bank. This is what I understood. I called up the lawyer's firm, they said the developer hasn't returned them the spa. Called the sales person who attended me before, she said their higher authorities are busy, need to wait some time... What are your experience? |

QUOTE(thefridge @ May 16 2014, 10:41 PM) Never studied cyberjaya too much. The belows are my impression on this town.First of all is the location, a bit too far, and not convenient for my further work place. Secondly, cyberjaya although it was established many years back (I remembered is during my standard 6 time in 1998), it is fairly a new town. The only thing I can describe on this town is, nothing is in there. Perhaps you can describe me as too short sighted, I just want to play safe. Thirdly, most of the projects there are overpriced, in my opinion. To take ECLIPSE as an example, psf is almost rm850. For the same price, I can get one in a fairly well established towns like subang jaya or ara damansara which are more convenient to me. Fourthly, metropark is located very near to three major highways ( four if you count in Guthrie). It is very convenient to go anywhere. Lastly, the purpose of my purchase is for my own stay. I do not intent for investment. Why choose far than near? This post has been edited by sjr: May 16 2014, 11:34 PM |

QUOTE(thefridge @ May 17 2014, 12:02 AM) How much is the price in metropark? The price is the same, as psf. Location wise, it fulfills my criteria. And the project is not only one or two. It's about the whole township. Shopping mall, park, shop building, medical centre, and education. And it is near to tesco and giant, and future plan of aeon. Cyberjaya is too far and overpriced at such location. But it seems metropark isn't selling fast? Is the location really good? What's the purpose of the big lake? Solstice(next to eclipse) already sold out 2 towers. 850/sq ft but it's fully furnished ready to move in once completed. May I know what other condo/apartments in subang/pj/ara that is also selling 850/sf? Are they developing projects? There will be sunway property fair tmr, wonder what it has to offer? FYI, most of the units are already sold out for Paloma, as you can find in previous treads. It is not as you mentioned "not selling fast". What I knew of for those selling almost this price is h2o residence in ara damansara ( too bad they did not respond to my enquiry). Maisson in ara damansara is selling at slightly cheaper price, about rm750psf ( I dare not buy as is was abandoned for almost a decade, safety issue), 9 bukit utama ( price is rm1,3m for a 2000sft, psf price is ok, but too big, can't afford). |

QUOTE(thefridge @ May 17 2014, 01:02 AM) Does it come with car park? How many? Saw few people here talk about icon city too. Gonna check that out. Thanks a lot for you info sjr. 1 car park lot. for those with 2 rooms or more, they will be allocated with 2 car park lots.My opinion on icon city is, too ugly. Just like a puzzle in broken pieces. It reminds me on one of my favorite childhood game, uno stacko... |

QUOTE(mpfans @ May 17 2014, 08:19 PM) It took quite long for me to receive all signed copy of snp and loan doc back. Bought in May 2013, received all doc back around Nov. Think as long as you signed the snp and your loan doc, should be ok, just need a little patient for the waiting. Keep chasing the lawyer, for my experience, they never bother to call/inform you even if they had got your doc ready for collection. Wow, so long... Means I still have long time to wait... |

QUOTE(bulletproofangel @ May 21 2014, 07:18 PM) Yes 2 car parks for studio. Your unit will be facing where? I'm just thinking whether they have enough car park lots available later. I planned to buy an additional car park lot when they open. Curious on how much will they sell later.Don't worry about the car parks. Coz u paid a good price compared to the units now. Mine is facing the htc. I don't really mind as when I open up the windows, I won't be looking at any units opposite. And my unit is high enough not to see those htc. According to the sales person, those units at 7th floor and below will definitely see those. |

QUOTE(bonjour966 @ May 21 2014, 07:23 PM) Hi All Taikors, To me, I prefer the unit in tower B, if it is not the one just below the water tank (some fengshui matter).I just spoken with an agent was telling one or two units left for studio. Scenario: One in tower B sell at 535k facing back comes with one car park - mid floor The other one in tower A but at top floor 29th comes with two car park- price at 609k I heard will be some cons on top floor cause water damp ? Any chance to have some input/ comments from you all? Cheerio ... Firstly, the former is cheaper. Secondly, even though tower B has only one car park lot, you can buy an additional later when they open up (if available) Thirdly, in case of emergency, such as lift rosak or cant be used, you need not climb/decent so many floors. These are the points which guide me in choosing my unit. |
