may i know is paloma launched already ?
check their website noted there is tower A and B for paloma , which tower A stated will be launching soon .....
any 1 know when is Tower A launching date ?
how about the price of paloma psf ?

I was there at the showroom last Friday showing an interested friend around. would say Paloma already 75% sold. majority left 2 bedroom units.

FYI, i bought my paloma unit in July 2014...so yeah, its been launched for quite some time.

Block B is 1st to launch since 2014 1Q and fully sold right?
Now the 2nd block A currently 75% sold ya?
I got mine at Pandaro phase1.

bus rapid transit.
The idea comes from lrt/mrt. The bus goes on a special lane that only allows bus to go through.
Compared to LRT/MRT, it is much cheaper in terms of construction and maintenance expenses.

Lol i think metropark ppl too rich fr BRT leh.. got ktm nearby d. KTM is defo btr than the proposed BRT.. they shldnt build d BRT as it might overlap with the LRT in d long run... More frequent n direct bus routes will serve the ppl btr..
