Just called d metropark SA was informed that its on commercial side which is more suitable for use ask office rather than staying. Conflicting from d news in the star. If commercial then GST will come in, 350k incl of gst o not is a big issue. Margin of financing is a prob too.

TMP got central park which might help to boost up the mall. Also the upcoming medical centre and intl school are also booster.

Unlike last time after disc just pay a little bit only some more got cashback.

If u planned for own stay should be fine. The central Park is completed already. You can take a look at the environment there whether it's suitable for you.
