Me tink spa price will remain at rm850k..many people sell by telling the potential buyers that even if they sell at spa price they aleady made rm200k...so tats how new buyers hooked...but wat they failed to realized is tat, the monthly installment based on 90% of rm850k...and they can make the rm200k pofit provided super bullish market!

Metropark.. To me, Metropark is a 5 star product in a 2 star location (give them 3 due to flyover in) .. Gardens is a 5 star product in a 5 star location..let's see hehe..

I am tired of seeing ur complaints about tropicana on every single tropicana thread.. jus remind urself that u purchased Wharf puchong from Symphoni life.. My friend is one of those buyers from sabah n showed me the picture..really look like low cost flat.. Asking rental also RM1psf (not even transact which will be lower).. N ur so called developer never even build the mall.. It is just 1050 low cost flats near a lake in the middle of nowhere.. At least tropicana bring in international school, office, mall etc to their developments..

I have never denied everything u had said about the wharf, everyone can cek my postings in the wharf, i had said those facing east oso facing shiitpond, and oso said those facing west hot...i even admitted the design look like low cost flat...if i am so anti topicana pojeks why oso me critisized the wharf amd oter pojeks such as Mah SIng Msuites. factory chimney nearby looks not good at all... narrow roads leading to the dead ends.

Actually , the adjacent factory is one of the concerns of many investors

And some ppl claims that The Wharf was indeed a good investment for all his purchasers

650k is for the lowest unit facing pandora facilities and will be bare unit. I.e. no kit cab, aircond, shower screen etc..

I more perfer bare unit as we can find ourself with better price/quality furni & elet

Price decrease makes me mad about them. It show they charge ridiculously high for handsome profit. Investors might felt cheated and having hard time selling it due to cheaper units in the same development.
