It is 60m (200ft) and not 200m.  It is next to the HTC and HT switching station.  Next stands a 60ft Telecom Transmission tower.

Guess that's what you get for entry price!!! smile.gif

All the telco collection point are located in Subang Hitech.. Digi Celcom Maxis and Umobile have their main collection point in Subang Hitech for a very long time.. its the main collection point for the whole Malaysia... you can look at the amount of antenna and dish on each tower.. thus, just have to live with all the Telco towers around..

Which unit did u get? I bought 896sf at RM546,000. Level 10. Got the 2nd carpark too at 22k too.

SA said 200m from the studio units. Still... Not a pretty view. Sales of this is quite slow. Plenty to choose from but I won't recommend. 2 bedroom selling fast. I think only limited left if go tomorrow. Many people today

Added on November 3, 2012, 3:47 pm

RM546k for 896sf. DIBS. Come with kitchen cabinets but I think mine is without aircon. Too kan Cheong to book this morning for good unit! 10k booking fees but refundable if loan reject.

Becareful when they say refundable if loan reject. Most of the bank are reluctant to issue rejection letter. For example if you apply for 90% loan and bank only approve 70%, they will not issue you a rejection letter. You are on ur own to top up the difference unless u can get funding elsewhere.

Went there this morning. 850sf selling fast. Booked a 2 rooms unit + additional carpark. The studio units surprisingly selling quite slow, I think is due to the HTC and power station facing (I didn't buy the studio for this reason even though lower entry price at 300+). I like the overall concept + phase 1 launch + proposed FH access after Batu Tiga toll. Worth a bet I think.

546k is before rebate? Went there after lunch, really BBB and many people.

If the flyover is opened (in and out of Federal), one does not need to pass thru any cementry but I notice the flyover is directly going into the commercial building? The units facing the riverfront is not bad. If not wrong, it's facing west. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Cemetery is not that close by ..... Correct me if I'm wrong, the transmission tower will be redundant once all the tall building are built and they'd likely have to relocate it to say a top of one tower? Any telco expert can confirm?

the transmission tower wont directly shoot to the building as it require line of sight from another tower. so most probably they will re-route to another direction..
actually u and i are all covered under these transmission everyday from those installed on shoplot rooftop or surrounding tower.. radiation from ur phone when talking wont be less than these transmission as well..
for those unit facing lake which is NW direction... sunset will be blocked by another block in this proj... unless u r at the top floor lah...

573psf, is it a good buy? Rental 1600 to cover assuming 90% loan? What's the maintenance fees?

Very tricky pricing...

The masterplan is good but need time to adapt it as the pricing for first ever block was not low, it was quite little bit high given on the exact location.

Overall, the pricing still better off V12 SOVO and Arte Subang West, bcz Metropark is 88 acres development instead of smallish development.

Too bad, only highrise but no landed.

For me I think is a good investment for both rental or sell it out when it is ready on 2016. There is still a lot young couple are prefer this kind of studio small unit. As the full development planning are having a lot of commercial offices and the shopping mall as well..just my 2cent...and the maintenance fee is 0.31 psq..
