they haven't got AP, thats why cant give out any brochures, nor allow people to take pictures ...

should be the next 1-2 weeks, hence signing of SPA is right after that ..

oh.... no AP yet.... like that i only have pictures from my friend that went there last saturday... thought can see more here...

Someone in this thread mentioned about high tension cables and telco sat.dish and flood??.. Aren't u guys afraid or concern on this point? Anymore details of this or only a small number of units affected?

Price seems attractive but what about rental market there? Isn't it quite limited? I still have doubts on this location but maybe I'm not familiar there. Someone can share some thoughts or survey done around this area?
