Nowadays people prefer stay near conveniences...Shopping Mall is the major priority...not only easily get the grocery foods, clothings and entertainment....its also easily make the property surrounding or nearby gain capital appreciation

Nowadays people prefer stay near conveniences...Shopping Mall is the major priority...not only easily get the grocery foods, clothings and entertainment....its also easily make the property surrounding or nearby gain capital appreciation

This location to me is a NO GO.. dijaya is riding on the success of TG but TG has almost everything to be successful this TM at the moment has none...there are plenty of things to buy out there dont hv to risk..even subang parkhome at a superb location low density villa only selling not far from TM price..in property u need a cool head

Went there this morning. 850sf selling fast. Booked a 2 rooms unit + additional carpark. The studio units surprisingly selling quite slow, I think is due to the HTC and power station facing (I didn't buy the studio for this reason even though lower entry price at 300+). I like the overall concept + phase 1 launch + proposed FH access after Batu Tiga toll. Worth a bet I think.

Which unit did u get? I bought 896sf at RM546,000. Level 10. Got the 2nd carpark too at 22k too.

It is 60m (200ft) and not 200m. It is next to the HTC and HT switching station. Next stands a 60ft Telecom Transmission tower.

Guess that's what you get for entry price!!! smile.gif
