the smallest unit 598 sq ft. asking for RM 580 sq ft. total 23 floor. each floor with 14 units. DIBS, free air-cond. almost 60% sold before 1pm

Btw, it's freehold, free 1 car park (worth RM30k), early bird gets 2-3% discount, expected complete by 2016, maintenance fee is 30 cents psf. And, u'll get ur booking fees back if loan rejected.

The scale model of the whole 88 acres development looks berry yummy...Been there this afternoon. Right side is residential...left side are commercial...got mall, medical centre, college/school and direct access from federal highway...
