greater kl will see another 50-60 shopping malls... some are quite big.
people who buy here is buying the masterplan and branding. in retail shopping, it is not about buying the cheapest and prettiest product anymore - rather it is buying the other intrinsic values. Same thing as property shopping. |

Tropicana Metropark, the branding itself separates it from Batu Tiga and other surrounding areas.
Just like Desa ParkCity vs Kepong, Sierramas vs Sg Buloh and many others. Btw I believe there is a shortage of offices/commercial towers in this part of town in the coming years. The industrial base here needs to supported by higher value-added services if these manucturers want to improve corporate image and move up the value chain. In Singapore and China, manufacturers do alot of R&D as well and these will bring in the services based companies that only need office space. THis is a very good long term buy and allow the entire masterplan to be fully developed... then it will shoot high.
Buy if you buying for own stay. |

QUOTE(kochin @ May 31 2013, 03:47 PM) https://www.facebook.com/groups/115179435202482/Tropicana Metropark. Part of the huge megamall complex... I think total got more than 21 towers. And even the educational centre is huge scale model. The first tower launched is on the left (with black frame). It is Pandora Serviced Apartment. |

QUOTE(Adelea @ Jun 2 2013, 09:43 PM) I booked a unit tower A. 864sqft 2 BR. Diagonally facing pool and park. Really cannot tahan see the masterplan and high potential capital appreciation, hence immediately booked. Notwithstanding this project has huge potential, after further discussion with home minister, i need to let go my booking as i intend to upgrade my current house and hence, need more credit available. If anyone interested, can pm me fast so can still enjoy the additional 3% discount. Wow salute you so fast book after see few plastic blocks, no offense. |
