And, has to past-by Muslim and Budhists cemetery before reach this.

along the Fed Highway heading to Klang, after the Toll take the left turn go into the Batu Tiga. then you can see the CSR sugar plant on left, make a left turn go straight then u can see the Batu Tiga KTM station on left and make a right turn go over the small bridge .. straight ahead then turn right again. you can see the Show Room on left handside.



note: Surrounding is the factory, including DiGi , Maxis and Fedex etc. Show Room open tomorrow. for me i will not prefer this area since i working around this area. heheh

Sorry to say but the KTM nearby area is very run down plus the cemetary there...

What is the future plans for the entire surrounding of that Batu Tiga area? I live nearby there and I know how congested the place really is and I do not see much development of late except for those apartments in front of the CSR which is still vacant.

and the place will be flood during heavy door pour. sampan also needed... which is not consider the Heavy traffics during office hour... free gift > Radio Tower by Digi, Maxis..

Is there has often flooded issue?

if batu tiga toll is demolish, this place surround will boom up as only 5 min to future SJCC

So the pros and cons of this development:

Pros: Integrated development
Cons: Congested and Jam area, Industrial park, Pollution, Flooded access during rain, Cemetery.
