although my case was already solved, currently i've seen some of the seller's customers facing some "similar pattern" of problem..received Simcard but modem/phone not received yet..this type of pattern is exactly the same as my case, in which later on I have opted for refund on the modem..kesian the customers waiting for damn long and don't know will wait until when..lack of communication too until some customers became worried and they don't know what is happening..To all of you customers who are currently facing delays with the seller, please make your complain, there's nothing to hide as everybody needs to know how customers are badly treated..

problem 1:
the seller facing too much applications submitted each week. sign of greediness. telco already keeping an eye on it. yet receiving more and more applications. therefore this problem persist. problem 2: when one complain in his thread, other old customer will come up and compliment otherwise. because back couple months ago, it's quite smooth, therefore they get it nice and quick. back then, service new, and telco not aware of it. till now, telco is seeing exponential applications each time and therefore seller's submission is in watch out list. problem 3: once customers paid, and afraid of offending the seller, they just put it in a very nice and polite way to request for their service activated. and this create a confusion for new comers. all in all, for all new buyer, do a bit homework. check around, ask questions. service all the same. same telco. same network. same speed. don't be deceit by fancy terminologies: sim card fee, activation fee, form fee, etc....etc....they are all the same. |

 now just tell me why I do not approve IC from maxis? last month why not tell? This e-mail my proof  I pay 30/8/2012 i get form 3/9/2012 from Tashfin Sheikh And now i not anything...??? Not get call from Maxis.. I long time waiting 3 month.. |

I paid last month.. Didn't get any call frm maxis ... N I ask for ts hp num he Neva give ..I dunno y... He seldom come online .. I dunno Wat is his problem .. If he having lots of problem then he should stop taking new applicants .. Must settle the old customer 1st .. Ts please answer my question
