seller gave me the phone number for the simcard. I called maxis corporate line and they said number not registered to anybody.... so how now? im confused... if its not registered i want a refund... but im scared later i will receive bill for the line..

I would like to suggest tashfinsheikh...

1. If you don't have an all-in-one, invest RM300 something on it. If you already have it, start utilize it to the max.

This will help you greatly on the paperwork. Man, you know how I did business with you. For all I care in the world, unless you have the papers all you said to me is bull. Whatever papers related to whatever business you are doing right now, keep at least a copy of them. You gave me excuses you don't keep papers because of safety/security/privacy reasons. F*** that. At least until you and I completed our deal, you better keep your paperwork top notch.

No action talk only is sorely hated.

I'll ask you for stamps, prints or forms to show me that you do your part of our deal. You already submitted my application to *****? Then show me *****'s stamp. Blanking certain part of my application is ok as long as you can show me the paper. Giving me a tracking no. is not enough. I want to see the picture of that number on my package. You already sent my package? Then show me a picture showing my address on PosLaju slip or whatever, together with Pos' computer prints. An AIO can help you with all these.

Keep the paperwork top notch.

2. Put some effort in your story, instead of feeding crap. You said ***** called me for verification, then show me the proof. You said you pushed ***** to process my application faster, then explain to me 'how you push'. You said you sent my package already, then give me the tracking number, tell me what time you sent, what the address you put on my package, from where you sent. You said ***** works slow, then explain to me why slow, how slow, and what you did about it?

Show some effort in your story.

Because I paid what you asked. And to shut me up.

Initially I wanted to tiow you in this dispute thread, but then you delivered what you promised, and I already got what I want from you. I'm in a better state of mind compared to when we are in business. So I toned my post down and give you some friendly suggestions instead.

yes yes me here. ok. when is the time the seller send to process? if still nt register to anybody still, meaning that its not process yet by MAXIS 

so up to you want to ask for refund or just wait

NVM im waiting sellers respons to my PM... by tomorrow no news just refund..

IMHO, not to bash the seller, i think he is same as me, send in batch but didnt tell the customers the exact date to send in process, thats y confusion can happen 

I will post my story soon enough too. Receive the sum for a week nearly 2 weeks and still not activated.

Did the seller promised you when can it be activated? i think there's no problem if at least a time frame given to the customers

Me too. I paid my simcard on 29 September 2012, I received my simcard on 25 October 2012. And still now my simcard still NOT ACTIVATED. Scare if got bills coz I don't even use a BYTES! Hope tashfinsheikh settle it up immediately. According to his pm, he said that my simcard batch will be activated this week, I will wait till this sunday, and if next monday still not activated I'm afraid I have to create another dispute page on him.

It's already a month and my sim still not activate yet.

After few days more to 4 weeks my sim is activated. He at first did not tell me any time frame when will it be activated just wait and wait and for this weeks he just told me it will be activated in this week not sure when because alot of ppl in maxis need to go thru as this is a special line not normal with quota internet line.

Bunch of bull crap. Been doing the same business. Never heard a lot ppl need to go through. Just want to get the sales in and don't care about service. There is quota per week FYI. there's no such thing as unlimited application. Bunch of bull.
