Your way of handling the trade is very terrible and I want to show to everybody in this forum through this dispute thread. Anything wrong for me to tell the truth to all people here? All your customers have the right to know how you have disappointed me. And earlier before, you tell me u want to do FULL REFUND if i delete this dispute thread right?! You are so clever want to COVER UP your ugly side of your business, don't want other people to know how you deal right?

Now you see, not only me complain, other customers also complain you too. Your service attitude is spoilt to the maximum. And yea, you have a great number of satisfied customers too because nothing has gone wrong with them. You don't ever think that only a handful of dissatisfied of customers is nothing..DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER = COMPLAIN..simple as that..what for need to cover up?! no matter how much money you give me to shut up or cover up also i don't care..You give me RM100K money i burn it in front of you. You think your business so important and customers are little peanuts..

You better change your attitude!
