yesterday ts promise.to refund to me due to he is keep on delaying process after three weeks summited.document. till now call not availble, sms no reply, whatsapp not replying too .... i will put his number.here.if there.is.no answer til tomorrow.morning ...... bad service.and advise.all pls.do not.due with.ts.anymore.....

once customers paid, and afraid of offending the seller, they just put it in a very nice and polite way to request for their service activated. and this create a confusion for new comers.

all in all, for all new buyer, do a bit homework. check around, ask questions. service all the same. same telco. same network. same speed. don't be deceit by fancy terminologies: sim card fee, activation fee, form fee, etc....etc....they are all the same.
