what i think is this seller is too desperate of to get money n wan more customer,
for my case during dealing with this tashfinsheikh is feel like abit cheat by him, as when i ask about this package, he tell me the offer only until 4th oct nite, after that no more the offer, then same time i dint receive reply from other seller hence i purchase the package from tashfinsheikh. but after that i still can c other ppl who purchase this package from him, and other seller even charge cheaper than tashfinsheikh with same package.

another prob i suspect is a same whatapp no and account handle by more than 1 ppl, hence the reply that they give can keep change, before that after i receive the no call from maxis which they say the sim card i should get from the dealer, after that i confirm with him again n he tell me yes they r the one to post the parcel, the next day the reply is now all the sim card was handle by maxis. another obvious case is at LYN PM he reply me to say
"I will check for your status and update you

btw by now you should've already received the sim" at 12:17 AM

then same question but reply at whatapp on 1.51am

"bro sorry but till now no update for the tracking number.

i am really sorry for the inconvinience caused"

he dunno what the status abt my sim card but he know i should receive it....

PS: paid and fill form on 4/10 night, received call from 012 no for verification on 23/10 and receive the sim on 25/10 which was activated

I don't see why I can't have a staff working on whatsapp and lowyat, and I did told you that I will check for your status and update you , means I will check with my workers

and don't say you didn't received the sim, before that you told me that no sim received , it took me 2~3 hours to update you the tracking number and as soon as I sent you the tracking number you told me that you have received the sim, why is it like this, without tracking number I haven't received the sim , after getting the tracking number already received the sim ? He has already received the sim yesterday and activated also like you should've received but your postage got lost

Before giving him the tracking number , I don't have the sim, as soon as he received the tracking number, I have received the sim rclxub.gif

I did offered you a easy solution to get the sim replaced from maxis center....

It's interesting why ppl willing to spend 950 instead of 350 for the exact same service, same thing and same function. Anyway I guess each of us have our freedom of choice.

Your way of handling the trade is very terrible and I want to show to everybody in this forum through this dispute thread. Anything wrong for me to tell the truth to all people here? All your customers have the right to know how you have disappointed me. And earlier before, you tell me u want to do FULL REFUND if i delete this dispute thread right?! and did i say u can let multi ppl handle the whatapp and LYN? what i dissatisfied is the diff set of ans that u reply through diff ppl, which make all ppl confuse n this u also dunno how to explain...n another 1 which u dunno how to answer me is y u told me the offer will end by 4/10 but until now u still can continue sell your package.

Bro , I forgotten about the email option so this morning I remembered that and sent to you the email and as fast as I could.

Bro, any respected person won't want to go and drag an issue and try to resolve it asap, but not you , you just wanted to drag this matter longer and longer.

If you PM'ed me that time when I replied to you , we wouldn't have to go through all these, I offered you that you wanted to get the modem refund, I would do it for you , no problem (and on the PM I even asked you if you wanted that I will do it for you)

later when you created this dispute (even though I asked you to go and get the sim replacement) and the modem replacement is also arranged, you didn't wanted to do that for me also, you didn't gave me anytime, failed to reply to you for several hours , bam you posted on my topic , any seller will get a bit emotional when someone posts negative stuff about them,

after I replied to you a bit emotionally ,bam you opened the dispute topic, even this time also , I am the only one trying to cooperate with you.

Bro , according to your reply , no one can understand that you received the sim or not, bro you should try to understand, a single thing you write against a seller might get misjudged by a person and cause problems for him , I hope you can understand

that time maxis informed me these are the last batch of registrations so I told you that also about that also

What i failed to understand is, the seller has so many customers, but failed to deal with few problems in an appropriate manner.

Do you really need to use lowyat or email to communicate? As a MAXIS dealer, you really don't have any other options?

And no, i dont think your buyers are being childish. Not at all. Even if you are on a vacation, it is not their problem. They just want their stuffs or clarification and assurance from you.

You even threatened TS after everything? Wow, what a way to run a business.

i found out mine was submitted on 25th Oct at twitter by Zairie. and i ask tash for explanation why maxis received submission on 25th Oct and he told me that he dont know why they(meaning Zairie, @maxislistens) said that they received on 25th, he claimed that he submitted my application on 8th of Oct and asking me that am i asking the right person or did they mischeck something. he also ask me to wait another day or two for the sim to be active, it was delayed due to holiday bla bla bla and now they started working on it.

so whats with the sim will be activate within 14 days of working days promised by tash? btw i send in everything to tash on 6th Oct 2012.

Now he said that how I get the sim if the application was sent in a day after I receiving the sim. So meaning he send in the application on 25th then.. He's really good in twisting his words.. Hopefully all his customer note this

Maxis state that the dealer post my application on 25th Oct, not 8th Oct as tash claims

It only took 4-6, longest will be 7-9 WORKING days to be activated, unless its involves MNP, unsettle payment, holiday or clearing the blacklisted name.

Seriously, don't say MAXIS staff is lazy and so on, its not good to blame others. How you know they are lazy?

holiday, do help me calculate if i send application to Tash on 6th, 8th he said that he sent in my application so around when i should get my sim and when it will be activated?
