yup. japanese say u no longer hear. the 100khz is feeling.
beside that, player with hires cert didnt cut off the ultra sonic.

Digital signal - processor and program manipulation/control, Voltage are consistent.
Discrete (if photo by digital camera are recorded pixels)
Both transmitter (CD player, Audio(Mp3,..)player) and receiver DAC need understand(compatible) audio format codec DSD/PCM/Mp3. 16bit/24bit 44.1khz/96khz/192khz
Analog signal - control by voltage can current using resistor, transistor and IC chip.
Continuously (our eyes and film camera has no pixels infinity)

Also, is Sony phasing out Android from Walkman? I'll be sad if my F886 dies, because I use it to stream Tidal.
