I got an interview invitation for Baker Atlas' JFE position. The interview will be with Mr Tom Hoyler. Any idea on how he will handle the interview? What will the interview look like? any hints/tips?

Baker Hughes group has more than 33000 people and growing, not possible that I know Mr Tom Hoyler. I am in INTEQ, the LWD/MWD/Drilling side. Research Baker Hughes as an entity as well as core business of Baker Atlas, that'll help during your interview. Most of the time, we don't only want good field engineers, but ones with good business acumen as well.

ProductionQuest is Baker Hughes newest business unit. Yup, well optimization... That's the core business but it's a division poised at prolonging the production life of the well. Good prospect for growth!
