Material quality for me ok la. mayb i hv little knowledge on interior, bt my fren told me bkp used quite ok material. Practical wise i totally agreed with u, i saw some of the furniture turn yellowish haha.. laugh.gif

Hint: Research what's behind this property***, what are the options/public transport for workers to go to work? What is price per square feet compared others project in OKR? What is the building history (LOL)?
You should know that the jam time of OKR in front of this property is almost all the time as it does not have alternative options to re-route..

Then you tell me whether will you still consider buying this project or not brows.gif brows.gif brows.gif

i woukd NEVER buy or stay here cos the location is shit with bad surroundings.. no train also.. twice d psf price...recycle old building..I hv nvr been this deep inside okr but i know tht d traffic light frm npe into okr also is vry jam whtmore inside thr..

this is why i no like service apartment or resi above commi.
only prefer resi next to commi. but not attached or direct below.

hard to control outsider. everyone can say i come here shop shop buy buy wait wait... just sneak in liao like that.

color scheme ok. just the detail part kinda lack off.
they want to show it simple and sleek.. but tak macam also. kinda fail to achieve it.

think kinda bad move they just refurbish it only.
manyak inside compartment layout, design or functionality maybe outdated liao. macam can fit 2 small lifts only.

This development..lift is a big problem. Wonder why BKP choose not to rectify it. Could be too costly.

BKP is offering 4% commission to the outside agent who sell verve old klang road. Their to date sales must be really bad.

No point to screw the useless management, paid higher maintanence fees but service level is dropped and worse than pervious. Now home onwers are very unhappy and some had given up to the management. No help and no hope.

Material quality wise not ok, used those cheap quality material, eyes see nice only, requires repairs just after few years its completion. Now already got many home onwers started redoing the interior and the fitting. I also want to redo the whole entire interior and fitting, really not friendly and not practical.

From my internal source, to date still 40% for 1st block, 2nd block still remain untouched. We all knew the facts that why the sales so bad but what to do, BKP never thought that, wish them luck.

Hmm.. Interesting. Even prop wall only has good thing on its Analysis. Saw the launch price. 600k for 555sq ft. Wowwwww. Am not surprised sales been a little damp. Is it CP already?

Aiyah... don't fully trust those analysis.... money can do plenty of things, developer can pay someone/offer more discounts to write good analysis for their development... what orange from android vs apple with ios ... wthell of that...... recently certain grp of guru promoting the Bennington also, do you want to buy ?? Non-profits last time, but now already commercialise...

boss he shld be accurate. as i hrd from agent friend, around half of 1st phase and 2nd phase not even started yet, or maybe he wasnt asked to sell it as 1st still so empty. dis is totally fail project la and baibai the dev so called reputation...
