I owned few units there and staying there too. To be honest, I doesn't enjoy the facilities and environment nowadays, there are always large noisy group gatherings of outsiders and large non residents group used the pool and facilities over the weekend, can you imaging the scene of around 40 kids in a pool?

Residents also have witnessed numerous time, outsider sneaking in from Verve shop access floor and use the facilities as their amusement park, picnic and throw rubbish around. Not just that , non residents waiting at the common lobby area to waiting opportunity to sneak in with the residents to enjoy the pool, gum or other facilities. And this situation is getting worse day by day, it is really ridiculous and unsafe!
For the fitting and interior, I would say cheap material quality, poor workmanship and not practical.

everyday i passby npe this verve reli dun look nice now..the window look like those mid low end condo... didnt expect to be so disapointing..

I dun like d color scheme also..wht u think? overall facade sad

Hint: Research what's behind this property***, what are the options/public transport for workers to go to work? What is price per square feet compared others project in OKR? What is the building history (LOL)?
You should know that the jam time of OKR in front of this property is almost all the time as it does not have alternative options to re-route..

Then you tell me whether will you still consider buying this project or not

this is why i no like service apartment or resi above commi.
only prefer resi next to commi. but not attached or direct below.

hard to control outsider. everyone can say i come here shop shop buy buy wait wait... just sneak in liao like that.

BKP is offering 4% commission to the outside agent who sell verve old klang road. Their to date sales must be really bad.

Material quality for me ok la. mayb i hv little knowledge on interior, bt my fren told me bkp used quite ok material. Practical wise i totally agreed with u, i saw some of the furniture turn yellowish haha..

From my internal source, to date still 40% for 1st block, 2nd block still remain untouched. We all knew the facts that why the sales so bad but what to do, BKP never thought that, wish them luck.

i actually was under the impression that 40% overall...    I will check with my friends in verve MK about how the maintenance is!
