My source is come from my agent friend, he was offers by BKP with 4% commission to sell Verve Old Klang Road. To date, only 40% sold for 1st block and 2nd block still remain untouched, the info that I shared here won't get wrong.

Pls welcome to check with your friends in Verve MK, in fact I also home onwer of Verve MK, I have 3 units there. I'm here sharing and telling the trust about Verve MK, never add any salt.

i read a recent article that online media is becoming a key channel to recruit and influence buyers.

Hence it's not a surprise to see some developers employ cyber troopers or engage property gurus who sold their souls to evils to promote new projects like big kaplar jumping on the street for buyers to grab

1st you must try to get your own followers as much as possible till have enough influences on market sales.
Can be like ppt talks, ppt wthell, or ahlord taikors...etc. lol

still not selling well after all these years? not surprised

bad traffic
surrounding quite bad
overpriced in this area

only good thing i like is the concept and proximity to town.

They had replace the old lift system. Looks better now. Pricing is the main problem. More than 1.1k psf.

Even the avantas and pearl Suria lot better than this

this is indeed among d most overpriced..look at the facade..its DAM BAD! like mid end same standard as pearl suria.. acutally this area quite crappy why wana rebuild here? the pearl suria still gt ah?

With Selling almost over 1k psf .. The main entrance gate door still look like sh*t and no detail. Please put more effort to improve the entrance. Some ahbeng ahkaw cafe main door did far better job than this.

Hopefully BKP didn't use the same lift supplier as Verve MK. Yesterday one of the passenger lift drop free falls twice at the same night. First incident: A Chinese couple - the passenger lift drop free falls nearly 10 floors. Second incident: A Chinese lady - From floor LG goes up to floor 2, then drop free falls from floor 2 to floor LG; electricity went off and the bulb fell almost hit her head. Lift at Verve MK drop free falls from one lift to another, very scary sweat.gif sweat.gif sweat.gif
