The so called being promised Cinema Paradiso and Sky Theaterette unable to use for months. Take note.

the gross price of > RM1000 psf has deter interests of majority.
those affordable hardly choose this location
those from neighborhood got many choice along this OKR, just too many on going projects, not to mention those sub-sale in near 6-12 mths time.

Location is very bad. Near to low cost housing, seawage pond, horrendous jam of OKR, smelly market opposite, foreigners loitering areas, rubbish dumps etc.......not sure why developer chosed such a bad location
