No joke, is a real incident, just happened yesterday but nothing new, already few times. Verve residents now are traumatized every time using the lift.

1)One important thing to consider should be the management of the property subsequently by BKP.

1)It is probably almost similar S&M strategy when bought Verve Suites MK. Subsequently the maintenance fee increased tremendously(+55%), decided by the BKP management.

The lifts are resumed operation. But, the service recovery by the management of BKP should be reviewed.
1) eg. The so called being promised Cinema Paradiso and Sky Theaterette unable to use for months. Take note.

surely there is a limit to increase in management fees as laid down by hda or strata

1) The maintenance of the property is by BKP. They increased the maintenance fee, but the maintenance does not justify the better service. And, most of the complaints since many years ago also not being attended. eg. The Vertigo Sky Lounge comes with the pool table(gaming area). But, it can't be used. The pool table is not executed in accordance to specification.
-The pool table fabric is not hold up properly.
-The balls unable to reflects due to the above issue

1) Aside from the price consideration, also need to consider the management of BKP to sustain the development in future.
eg in Verve Suites MK. A lot of frustration and grievances by the owners. Take note.

those from neighborhood got many choice along this OKR, just too many on going projects, not to mention those sub-sale in near 6-12 mths time.

What is the taken rate?

Location is very bad. Near to low cost housing, seawage pond, horrendous jam of OKR, smelly market opposite, foreigners loitering areas, rubbish dumps etc.......not sure why developer chosed such a bad location

High class project in a low class neighbourhood is wrong mixmatch!

Verve suite KL south using "thyssenkrupp" brand, heard very poor quality.
Not sure.

Sooner , Exism big project just next to it.
