Could be this building was a hostel for uni or college students. They use back the structure and refurbished it only. This is why the lift looks weird and small.

Developer just added some extra features and a sky bridge try to sell rm1k psf... Does it really worth for this price tag?

No need to shame people.

The landscape changed so quickly and unfortunately many may have been ignorant. The FOMO element was too strong then.

There just needs to be more honest dialogue and people need to educate themselves. But the unfortunate thing about property is that 1 mistake is enough to ruin you or do a lot of damage. So please don’t treat it like Pasar buying veg.

872sqft unit got people grab at 600K.
Unexpected.

This owner doing multiple loan submission method. Few units under lelong.

i think the developer is selling for after MRT 3 - circle line price. Beside Millerz square also similar like RM850 - RM950 per-sqft.

i not sure how malaysia MRT public transport boost the property price, but my aunty who bought a condo at singapore lorong chuan, the property price boost a lot from around 800K to 1.4m just because in front of their house was built a *circle line* mrt station.

So Circle Line is most significant line to connected all the KL. But official website stated, MRT circle line planning to operation at 2028 or 2030.

look tempting, but few more thousand millerz square unit is vping, so hope feature have more good unit at good price haha.

Long waiting... see who can hold the last breath until the mrt3 completed. Some may lelong or fall out halfway. But now still a good location short drive to Mid valley, Bangsar, PJ, oug jalil, Taman desa, Kuchai, Puchong and Sunway.

I was reading the tread from 2013 2014...some wrote its haunted. Is there any truth to this, does anyone know? Wic blok or floors? I do pass d building sometimes. It's very quiet n isolated.

Really cannot believe this building is Verve Suites at all.
I grew up here and I witnessed the development of this building whenever I going to KL via Old Klang Road.

Now they slap this price just because of the name tag.... and location?

sold at 466K.

Last round reserve price was at 408K but nobody interested.
