Found the problem, your SNR margin is way too severe that's why you face frequent D/C.
Check your telephone wire connection, try bypass the splitter and disconnect other equipment etc

Or else just get TM technician to check for you.

download rate using idm for 4mbps streamyx reach 560kb/s
how about u guys?currntly stay in sarawak..

Under normal/optimum condition.. that's pretty normal I guess...

inconsistent speed.... pfftttttttt able to get 1-2Mbps only ... everything fine on adsl stats..

running inconsistent speed here also, the speed varies from time to time, mostly slow on night time

for last time problem there was problem with dslam "card" as tm technician came to my house said at least 8 ppl reporting same problem..

the signal sometime will fluctuate.. and aometime speed rate also not stable.. tested my line is fine.. so just have to wait them to replace the broken "card" at dslam :/

how to check if my house is suitable for 4mb or 8mb?

TM updated their bill system, never deduct my last month payment, i not happy is why want to paid more RM94.84. at the latest bill "cagaran now is RM150??" not like before RM75.

pls explain in details...

have u called TM @ 100 to check yr last payment amount ?

Can apply/check online at TM's website, can call TM, or from TM agents which you can also find in this forum.

The last method have greater success rate. Good luck!

Why don't you consider fiber which is better?

mine last time when during TM techie came over to check the line, I asked him straight away and sadly only 4mbps is the highest

i already goto TM point, they said TM will charges us advanced payment. all of you also same with me...will paid 1 month advance payment ...

Smth is wrong with my 4mbps, i cant load a single website now, but im connected to internet, like 1k ping.

I checked my snr margin, downstream now is 36, up is 285. Wtf is wrong
