hey guys, im using 4mbps here,
recently the youtube buffering speed is really pissing me off.
keep giving me 144p.
any solution for this, load slow like snail.

Smth is wrong with my 4mbps, i cant load a single website now, but im connected to internet, like 1k ping.
I checked my snr margin, downstream now is 36, up is 285. Wtf is wrong |
