Second phase...a few blocks totally not sold...remain empty. Some window still with blue canvas to protect the wooden flooring fr UV light
Dev now offering good discount.....market is extremely depress.

Per Sqf RM 300 only.
Mainly due to the price itself, not many willing to buy a duplex at this price , they thought landed is better choice. While for me i prefer a safe gated and guarded and i wanted a very quiet place. Which this is very suitable.

They still have a few unsold unit.. You may go to their sale gallery have a look.
